london city part 1

Today we ventured out into the touristy section of London.
And boy was it touristy.
We pretty much deduced that the population of London is solely tourists-nobody actually lives there.
So, our first visit in the famous city was Buckingham Palace.
There was like a butt-ton of people.
It all made sense when we started hearing rumors of the famous baby making an appearance.
So we  stood in the crowd and waited and waited for the second best baby Charlotte.
And...an hour later.
No adorable baby.
Why there was SO many people, I don't know.
We walked all around the city after that and checked out the biggest of Bens and the houses of parliament.
And the rest of the time was spent looking at famous landmarks saying,
"Well, I don't know what that is but....everyone is taking pictures of it. So I guess we better too."
And here is the result.
If you understand what any of these are then you can just mail me at 123 London Road, London.

And then my camera died....so part 2 will come soon.

iceland

Our second layover was in the tundra.
Or...Reykjavik, Iceland.
Pretty much just as cold as the tundra is when I picture it.
When our plane landed we had ten hours until our next flight so we hopped onto a lil bus and headed out to the city.
When we stepped off the bus we just "eh" and started walking.
We found a couple of cool buildings and sculptures to stare at.
And people.
Icelandic people are just beautiful!
I was amazed.
And embarrassed to be wearing the same underwear three days in a row and having stinky breath in their presence.
But here's what you really came for: pictures.

denver

After months of preparation I've made it!!!!
To Denver....
Not quite Europe but it's closer to London than Utah.
When Kelsey and I were buying our tickets I got a little too excited and bought one for the day before she lands.
So I ended up staying with some fan damily in the Paris of America.
We checked out a popular concert venue, unbeknownst to me,
ate at a diner on a river....(The Venice of America?),
and drove past a church with the advertisement:
"This church is on fiyahhh!"
If that's bad or good....I know not.
The next day we headed to Downtown and fed the hobos.
I mean birds.
